INSURANCE PLANS
-Our office accepts some insurance plans but not all. Please call our office to see what arrangements can be made for a visit, we will contact your insurance carrier for you. We do have contracts with insurance plans covered by the Multiplan, MPI, PHCS, and Savility extended networks and we do now accept many out of state plans through those plans.
-We accept all Collier County Employee plan holders.
-We accept medicare for foot and ankle surgery at all locations.
-Any armed forces personnel injured in the line of duty are invited, we will work with TriCare or any plan you may have to get you back on your feet. The same goes for all first responders including the law, fire, EMS, and FSG (Florida State Guard.)
-If you are a veteran being treated at a VA hospital and you need specific care they cannot provide, please ask the doctors there for a Community Care Consult. That allows our vets to be seen by a private doctor.
-If you sustained a musculoskeletal injury during 9-11-2001 we are certified with the World Trade Center Health System to provide care..
-We accept no-fault, maritime insurance plans, and workmans compensation at our Florida location.
-If we do not accept your plan we will do our best to find you someone who knows what they are doing who participates with your insurance network.
-Patients do not need a referral to see Dr. Gitlin at our private offices and may do so by simply calling our office to make an appointment at any of our locations.
-Cost? We will not do anything until you are made aware of all the costs. There are no hidden fees and we are always fair no matter what. If we don’t tell you the cost of a service or product beforehand - it will be free.
