We may not be listed in many insurance 'books' simply because we refuse to work for an insurance carrier and allow them to dictate a patients care. Please call our office to see what arrangements can be made for a visit, we will contact your insurance carrier for you. We do however accept medicare out of respect for those who have worked and earned this program. If you have medicaid or a medicaid HMO please call, we will work out a solution for you, this is done on a case by case basis. Any armed forces personel injured in the line of duty are invited we will work with TriCare or any plan you may have to get you back on your feet.

Patients do not need a referall permission to see Dr. Gtilin and may do so by simply calling our office to make an appointment at any of our locations.
